Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago Kim built a 15+ year career in Broadcast Media Management at a global media advertising agency.  During these years she developed a strong work ethic and a commitment to open frequent communication with both clients and vendors. Success in negotiation and a desire to help people reach their goals are among her strengths enabling her to be a true client advocate.

Kim grew up in the Midwest and moved to Chicago in 1995.  She holds a BA from Michigan State University with a major in Advertising/Communications.  Currently a homeowner in the Lincoln Square neighborhood she serves as the President of her condo association.
